The day he felt he has earned enough for bread and butter he initiated the concept of an
affordable healthcare system by developing his own hospital SEH- Shree Emergency
Hospital. It came out of his empathetic character where he ensures a minimum of basic
healthcare for all. This is not easy nor it is going to happen overnight yet he made
sure he must start with what he can.
And, in a very less amount of time with the success and blessings of people he has
entered into simplifying the biggest problem of the healthcare system and that is
primary healthcare. The vision of SEHAT- Shree Emergency Hospital and Trusts are to
develop a primary healthcare system with the latest technologies yet affordable at every
block of the Indian subcontinent has taken the first step where he is all set to serve
his own state Bihar to start with.
His efforts did not stop here when he felt the dearth of skillful manpower that can run
the system which he is creating and then came the idea of Skilling people locally and
named it Kaushal Guru. Multi-Skill Development under one roof with employment at the
local level to make it practically workable is the idea. Kaushal Guru has connected
itself with several Industrial Training Institutes and companies for OJT’s- On Job
Training to curate end-to-end skilled manpower for the future of the nation.
